On Saturday September 1, 2018, members of Socialist Party of Nigeria (SPN) Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja Chapter held Socialist School and Congress
The event was attended by the National Secretary of the party Chinedu Bosah who led the discussion on Introduction to Marxism. Also in attendance was Ayo Ademiluyi from the Lagos Chapter who introduced the topic: “Tactics and Method of Building the SPN”.
At the Congress a 7-person working committee including a woman was elected to lead the party for the next six months
The programe was ended with showing of two videos: SPN registration struggle documentary and The Building the CWI around the world. Many of the participants were happy that a party like SPN is in existence for the benefit of the working class people and the poor.
